Use a drop box instead of dropping at the store. Store processes boxes the following day adding a day to your ground deliveries. Disappointed another person I know too.

This store is not owned by the UPS franchise despite having their name stamped on the building and on their shirts. They are individually owned meaning you can incur additional fees and be subjected to slightly different policies. After talking with UPS customer service, they told me they have no way to distinguish this on their location services meaning I'm required to call each in advance to learn if they are part of the franchise or not.
