Wow- 2 hours later broken ignition, belligerent, rude I ended up with no key and extra maintenance to pay for. If you can wait to go to a dealer for a key$35 versus $250 it's your best choice.
I would not use this company. Quotes given are very misleading and business practices suspect. I asked the agent on the phone to quote a price to open my home. He said they charge $15 for a service call and $50 and up to unlock the home-depending on the method used. When the locksmith arrived, he charged me $15 for the service fee and $150 to unlock the home. I asked him what method they used to open the home and why it differed so much from the $50 quoted one the phone. The locksmith said this company uses only one method and they charge $150 for it. Unfortunately, my wife agreed to the charge while I was on the phone taking another call-so I paid. Maybe all locksmiths operate this way, but I would suggest fixing a price before allowing anyone to open your home.
I wish this had a Zero start. The worse experince ever!! Please, do not used this service find something else. The contractor was very rude plus He definaly over charged way.... too much. When we called over the phone they told us the service will be $35 plus $19 called service and of course they told us the service might slightly change. Well, when he got there he didnt even look at the car and he said Car: “Lockout $75, Service called 19, emergency called $25 and credit car fee $8” the total of $137!!! Ok I understand the fee of call service and emergency cause it is Sunday but for the car lockout..... $75 when it took him less than a minute to open it! It took him more time feeling out the receit than opening the car. Thats ridiculous!!! I tried asking him why so much and he answer me back very dude. I was about to say dont touch my car but it was very cold outside ( my house key was inside) They really do take advantage of the situation!!!!
Horrible customer service. I was actually yelled at by the receptionist when I asked her a question about pricing. I truly was just asking what it should cost when they come and unlock, because I felt the locksmith over charged us, but she didn't even let me get to that part before yelling and getting disrespectful. I've never been treated this way by a business. Don't ever use them under any circumstances.
My family and I were traveling through St. Louis on vacation and we locked our keys in our car while at lunch. I would NEVER use this company again!! Very shady from start to finish. From the very rude receptionist to the guy that ripped us off when he unlocked the car. I was quoted $55 over the phone and was told it could vary slightly depending on how long it took. He showed up, didn't attempt to unlock the car and immediately said it would be $125. When I questioned him he said he never told me $55 over the phone and started walking away. I ended up paying the $125 because I didn't really have many options and he took advantage of that situation. He opened the door in two minutes.
