I love jack in the box.
Absolutely the worst Jack In The Box in the West County area. Service is slow and half the time at night and way before closing time, things are out of service, equipment has been turned off or menu items are not available. When the staff know they haven't given the best service, they deliberately do not provide the receipt and I am assuming this is so that you do not fill out the survey requested on the receipt. Also, I've heard from several other patrons around the area that they bribe you with food items to get you to complete the survey with only positive marks. Food is fine....Service is definitely less than good.
Drive through attendant was rude. It was my first time at Jack in the Box and so I asked a few questions, which he did not like.
The food is subpar and overpriced.
Got home and my order was wrong and cold. I only live around the block so it must’ve been cold when he gave it to me.
